EmailSniper Pro respects your privacy completely. We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how our extension works.
EmailSniper Pro does NOT collect, store, or transmit any user data to external servers. All data processing happens entirely within your browser. We have no servers that receive your data — period.
Found email addresses, search preferences, scan history, and saved email lists are stored in your browser's local storage using Chrome's built-in storage API (chrome.storage.local). This data stays on your device and is never transmitted anywhere. You can clear this data at any time from within the extension.
We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, or any other analytics or tracking tools. We do not track your browsing behavior, search queries, or extension usage patterns.
EmailSniper Pro does not set, read, or use any cookies.
We do not integrate with or share data with any third-party services, APIs, or advertising networks.
The extension requires certain browser permissions to function. Here is what each permission is used for and nothing else:
activeTab — Access the current tab to scan for email addresses when you click the scan button.
storage — Save your found emails, search preferences, and scan history locally in your browser.
clipboardWrite — Copy email addresses to your clipboard when you click the copy button.
scripting — Inject the email scanning script on pages where it didn't automatically load.
tabs — Navigate your tab during the Google Search & Scrape feature and detect when pages finish loading.
Email addresses found by the extension are publicly available information already visible on the websites you visit. EmailSniper Pro simply helps you collect and organize this information more efficiently. You are responsible for using any collected email addresses in compliance with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other data protection regulations.
EmailSniper Pro is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
